The UiTM Dental Centre is a clinical training facility for dental students. The Dental Centre is fully supervised by lecturers who are specialists in a variety of dental fields . 1. Autism Link Malaysia

  • Centre Based Therapy

BCBA therapy with individualised programs (child only).Gen

  • Home Based Therapy

ABA therapy with individualised programs, conducted at home with frequent supervision (child and parent).

  • Community and Life Skills

An individualised after school program that uses ABA to help pow/ autistic children to learn a variety of communication skills.

2. Einsteins Special Need Education

  • SEN Pre-School (EIP)

Matches the unique needs of kids, includes screenings, evaluations and assessments, Individualized family service plans.

  • SEM Primary and Lower Secondary

Follow Cambodia national syllabus/IGCSE Cambridge syllabus, and caters to every individual student studies with own pace of learning with special education trained teachers. The structure is designed accordingly to certain learning difficulty.

  • SEN Secondary IGCSE- A level

Involves home schooling and an expert assessment on the student’ knowledge.

3. Malaysian Care

  • Children Services

Moved from only operating centres to include training of teachers and helping partners to start their services.

  • Adults Services and Job Coach

Coaching young adults with learning difficulties for employment in the open job market. Provide 3 in house Job Coaches to support those in employment.

  • Family Support & Resource Services

Include toy libraries, referral services and parent support groups.

4. Genius Kurnia

  • Early Intervention

To enhance basic skills of children aged 6 and below and prepare them for the pre-school programme, parents will also be guided by interventionists to train their children.

  • Pre-School

To prepare children with autism to enter mainstream classes in Year 1.

  • Community Education

This programme includes training workshop for parents, allied health professional & medical professional, university students and general publics.

  • Early Intervention Program (QEIP)

Services offered to children with autism and special needs from infant to 6 years old who established at risk. The goal is to prevent or minimize the physical, cognitive, emotional and resources of limitation of autism or special needs kids.

  • Advanced Learning Program

Program offered for autism and special needs children from 7 to 12 years old. Aims to provide and effective intervention for each child, preparation for living skills for future life through the collaboration with parents and relevant professionals

  • Sensory Therapy & Intervention Program

A program for children with sensory difficulties age 12 and below.

  • Occupational Therapy Program

A program for 12 years and bellow which cover activity for living skills, social skills and preparation for education.

8. Pusat Jagaan Sayang (Seksyen 7, Shah Alam)

Their goal is to educate and give emotional support to parents with children with special needs and to help these children to achieve their full potential. The owner of this center was inspired when she had an autistic child and felt that the education in Malaysia wasn’t focused or catered or prepared for autistic children.

10. Headstart Academy

An Early Intervention Programme Centre with a difference. At Headstart Academy, we aim to provide each of our students with a holistic and tailored education plan. Every child has a unique learning capacity and individual learning needs.

  • Early Intervention Program

This EIP curriculum is based the internationally recognised Assessment, Evaluation and Program System (AEPS) as a guideline for our Early Intervention Program (EIP). It is a comprehensive system that ties together screening and assessments, goal development, intervention and continuous monitoring and evaluation. Each child’s individual learning needs is developed through an Individualised Education Plan (IEP) and will be targeted according to the AEPS within a classroom setting.

  • One to one Therapy Services

Offers speech language therapy, positive behavioural intervention and support, and occupational therapy.

  • Extra Curricular Activities

Offers students the opportunity to participate in activities outside the daily academic curriculum in the classroom. Allows children with special needs to meet other children and make friends. Activities such as gymnastics, martial art, music, dance & movement, art & craft, and playgroup lesson.
